My Story

​

I am a formally trained artist who received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts at the University of California at Berkeley. I continued my education by completing a Master’s degree in Education and California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential at the University of California at Davis. Most recently, I earned a Single Subject Art Credential.

 

Throughout my life, I have always had a passion for art and teaching. It started in my teen years, when I had the opportunity to teach at a local art center as well as being an art docent at a children's hospital.

 

I am fluent in a range of artistic subjects as well as working with a variety of media. My artwork has graced the cover of magazines and catalogs, and has been accepted in multiple juried art shows. I have also enjoyed donating my artwork to various schools and non-profit organizations.

Beautiful Placer County is where I call home! I am blessed to live in this wonderful community with my supportive husband, two beautiful children, and happy dogs!
